Refund & Return Policy

At PURYX, every product is carefully crafted, packed, and quality-checked to deliver a premium experience.

As many of our products are custom-made, limited-edition, or made-to-order, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect

To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is compulsory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Show the package being opened fully

  • Clearly show the issue/damage

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited edition items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Minor layer lines or slight surface marks inherent to 3D printing

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please note:
Some minor texture lines are natural in premium 3D printed products and are not considered defects.


Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Replacement
    OR

  • Store credit
    OR

  • Refund

will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once production or packaging has started, cancellations may not be possible.
